After the first two races in Paul Ricard, the next event of the International GT Open is now in Spa-Francorchamps. The team is currently on third place in the PRO-AM driver standings.
Spa. After the double-edged start of the International GT Open in Paul Ricard, in which JP Motorsport celebrated a PRO-AM victory, but also failed in the first race due to an accident, the team is now starting the race in Spa, Belgium. The racing car from McLaren already caused a sensation in France with its successful start to the season. This success should now be built on.
Christian Klien and Patryk Krupinski are currently on third place in the PRO-AM driver ranking with ten points.
Christian Klien: „Spa is almost a home game for our JP Motorsport team. I’m really looking forward to the fast, traditional track. After the less than perfect first race of the International GT Open in Paul Ricard, this time we are trying to take as many points as possible and take the lead in the PRO-AM standings with us!”
Patryk Krupinski: „For me it is always a highlight to come to Spa. I’ve contested some of my first and best races so far here. Of course, we want to build on that and achieve top results. With our team and McLaren, we have a good chance of achieving that. In addition, the route is practically on the doorstep.”
