Our policy of product and voucher returns
You may return purchased goods without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of the Delivery of the ordered products or the voucher.
Send us a declaration of withdrawal form together with the proof of purchase and the goods that you wish to return to:

We will refund the amount paid for the returned products or voucher within 14 days of the receipt of the delivery using the same payment method.
The costs of both deliveries will not be refunded.
