PROJECT MANAGER
Location: Erkelenz, Nordrhein-Westfalen
Responsibilities:
- planning and managing a motorsport project, local and international, in the area of car racing and automotive events organization
- carrying out projects and programs through the decision-making process (coordination of the development of business and technical requirements as well as business justification along with financial calculations, obtaining approval from decision makers)
- execution of projects – planning, implementation, execution – within the set time and budget
- coordinating the creation of necessary documentation within the framework of implemented projects
- co-creation and responsibility for the methodology of project management
- managing risks in projects
- ensuring the appropriate form and quality of information flow among project stakeholders, at all levels of the organization
Our expectations:
- min. 5 years of experience in project management
- practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- a very good command of English and German
- ability to work under time pressure on several parallel projects
- particular care for keeping records
- experience in managing stakeholders in complex international projects and in simplifying business processes
- knowledge of the motorsport industry and a passion for motorsport is a key
- experience in the motorsport industry is welcome
- communicativeness, openness and proactivity
- ability to persuade and argumentation
- negotiations skills
